The performance trio Agrare premiered  A Safe Place To Die, at Dansens Hus in Stockholm in february 2010. Agrare consist of Lotta Melin and the Norwegian composer and noise-musicians Hild Sofie Tafjord and Maja Ratkje - world famous in their genre. The trio has made several internationally acclaimed works imbued with electronic music and a large dose of experimentation.
This choreography takes the audience on adizzying plunge into the writer Jules Verne's universe of sound, light, volcanoes, octopuses, and other fossils. The choreography is blended with electronic and acoustic live music, visual arts, animation and videoprojections.
Set design by international known Swedish artist JanHåfström.
Melin and Håfström have worked together before,notably during the opening of the Venice Biennale in 2009 and in the popularnotion Regarding Diana Palmer's disappearance at Liljevalchs Art Gallery inspring 2009.

Lotta Melin isa choreographer, dancer and performance artist, based in Stockholm but istouring all around the world. Lotta Melin, who works in the dynamics between sound and movement, often uses herself as an "instruments".
